Natural Gas or Liquid Propane are essentials utilities used to heat your home, stove, water heater, fireplace, etc. These gases can be very dangerous or even fatal if not properly installed or serviced. Steps To Take

Step 1 – Do not turn on or off any lights and avoid making any type of electronic spark, this includes your cell phones. 

Step 2 – Remove yourself and any family/Co- workers from the building and get to a safe place. Leave the doors open that you leave through.  

Step 3 – Call 911 and your local gas provider to report a potential gas leak. First responders are trained in dealing with natural gas/propane situations.  

Step 4 – If it is deemed safe, locate and turn off your main gas supply to your home.

Step 5 – After your local gas company has determined that you have a leak, 1st Choice Plumbing will resolve your issue as soon as possible.
